Ever logged on to your social media platform and noticed how others seem to be getting ahead in life; and thought, what's happening with my life? I've been there.
Recently when the thought came to me, the Holy Spirit gave me the words to the title of the post which became my very first quote.
"Comparison is the Casket of Growth, and Procrastination and Doubt Are the Pallbearers"

Oh, how I love the way the Lord knows how to throw our pity party towels back to us for us to wipe our face, brush ourselves off and get right back on track.
Comparison really is the casket of growth because when we stop to compare ourselves to others, we miss the opportunity to work on improving ourselves. Not realizing that the pallbearers, procrastination and doubt are waiting merrily by to take us to the grave of gloom and depression.
The Word of God, in Galatians 6:4 KJV - But let every man prove his own work, - Bible Gateway.
It might take you a little longer than others to get to the place you really want to be, but don't quit! Never give up on your dreams! It's all about getting to your destination and not so much about the route you take. So, enjoy the journey!
