PAJE got a chance to have a quick chat with Rockeem Levy, a multi-passionate man of God who, through various ventures, is playing an active role in building the Kingdom and pointing the way to Jesus Christ. Let's see what he had to share, shall we?
PAJE: Now, it's safe to say that 'multi-faceted' is a great term to associate with you, but we want you to tell us - WHO are you?
Rockeem: My name is Rockeem Levy, and I'm 23 years old. I am a photographer, creative, youth minister, and entrepreneur, and I co-founded Wear Faith Merch. I hold a diploma in hospitality and hotel management. I am passionate about giving back to humanity and enjoy using my time, talent, and resources to make life better for others.
PAJE: From Photography, to Philanthropy, to Clothing, and so much more in-between, how has the journey been for you in terms of deciding what you want to do with your life?
Rockeem: This journey has been tremendous so far, and I attribute it all to the grace of God. Honestly, I have often asked myself what I want to do with my life, but I consistently find myself relying on the will of God.
PAJE: So, you do so many things, and with a visionary eye and skillset like yours, many would have taken the path of using their talents to do other things that don't overtly glorify God. Where did the decision and deep desire to serve God in these ways come from?
Rockeem: From the very moment I was introduced to God, I made a promise that, "Lord, even if it makes me uncomfortable, I just want to be where you are." I made a conscious decision to serve God and to use my talent to glorify Him. That's how my clothing line, Wear Faith Merch, was born—a faith-based lifestyle clothing brand.
PAJE: Speaking of collaboration - about Wear Faith Merch, specifically - a great venture and quality products! Kudos to you and your co-founder, Gerald! What would you say has been one of the most fulfilling things about the journey thus far?
Rockeem: Thank you. Wear Faith Merch is near and dear to my heart, a collaborative effort between Gerald and me. It's a faith-based lifestyle brand that will never die because the word of God lives on. The journey has been fulfilling thus far, but being an entrepreneur is no walk in the park, and there are times when my faith has been tested because the numbers don't always add up, but I still hold on to my faith.
PAJE: From what we've seen, it's clear that you believe in Excellence Unto God by virtue of the quality things you release and do. Was it always this way? Tell us about your journey of honing your skills, as well as collaboration, as we recognize that you've collaborated on multiple ventures with Gerald Gordon.
Rockeem: It was not always this way, but as I walk on this Christian journey, I strive for excellence unto God and intentionally shed myself of all shabbiness. Collaborating with my brother Gerald has been an excellent way of showing that partnership can move mountains.
PAJE: In delving into philanthropy and entrepreneurship especially, they require a different type of drive. What 3 main things would you say have kept you motivated in pursuing those paths?
Rockeem:

PAJE: Do you have any projects coming up soon?
Rockeem: Currently, I'm focusing on taking the next step forward to deepen my spirituality on this faith journey, while also striving to elevate my business to the next level, generating more income.
